Account & Data Deletion

Himcules is built local-first. Most of your data — every injection you log, every site you've rotated through, every energy check-in — lives on your device and never touches our servers. That means the fastest way to delete everything is already in your pocket.

Delete everything from inside the app

  1. Open Himcules on your phone.
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to Data Management.
  4. Tap Clear All Data and confirm.

All injection history, schedule settings, energy check-ins, and preferences are wiped from your device immediately. Because there is no cloud backup by default, deletion is permanent.

Uninstall for full removal

Uninstalling Himcules from your phone removes the app and every local piece of data it stored. No lingering files, no residual account data on our end.

If you created an account for optional cloud features

If you opted in to iCloud backup or another optional feature that required an email one-time-passcode sign-in, you can revoke that account data in two ways:

  1. In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your email from our records and any iCloud-backup restore metadata associated with it.
  2. By email: write to support@himcules.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" from the email you signed in with. We will confirm the deletion within 7 business days.

What we keep, and why

If you use any optional feature that requires a sign-in, we retain the email address long enough to satisfy legal obligations (fraud prevention, audit logs) — typically no more than 30 days after a deletion request — after which it's purged. We never retain injection data, site rotation data, energy check-in data, or protocol settings on our servers.
