Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Himcules mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Another Dumb Idea, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the company behind Himcules.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Himcules is a personal tracking application designed to help users log self-administered injectable compounds — including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) medications, peptides, and other injectable protocols — manage schedules, set reminders, track supply, and record optional daily check-ins (energy, mood, libido, sleep). The Service is for personal tracking and informational purposes only.

3. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

HIMCULES IS NOT A MEDICAL APPLICATION. This app is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations.

The Service does NOT:

• Diagnose any medical condition.
• Recommend treatment protocols or dosages.
• Select, calculate, or recommend a dose for you. Any dose, schedule, or volume shown in the app reflects values you entered or accepted, and arithmetic performed on those values.
• Replace professional medical advice.
• Constitute a doctor-patient relationship.

ALWAYS consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider with questions about your treatment, medication dosages, or any medical condition. NEVER disregard professional medical advice because of information tracked in this app.

4. Compound information and presets

The app includes a library of compounds you can choose to track. To make setup faster, library entries may display pre-filled values such as common vial sizes, dose dial stops, schedule frequencies, or reconstitution amounts ("Presets").

You understand and agree that:

• Presets are setup conveniences, not recommendations. They exist so you don't have to type every number from scratch. They are user-configurable starting points, and you are expected to change them to match your own protocol.
• Presets are compiled from publicly available references. They have NOT been reviewed, verified, or approved by any physician, pharmacist, or regulatory authority, and we make no representation that any Preset is accurate, current, safe, or appropriate for you or anyone else.
• The only correct values in the app are the ones your prescriber gave you. Before saving any compound, you must replace or confirm every value — dose, frequency, vial size, diluent — against your own prescription or protocol from a qualified healthcare provider.
• Compound names, categories, and descriptions in the library are provided for identification and organization only. Nothing in the library is an endorsement, a safety statement, or a suggestion that any compound is appropriate for any purpose.

5. Research compounds

The app permits you to track substances that are NOT approved for human use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, including substances sold "for research purposes only."

You understand and agree that:

• The ability to track a compound is not an endorsement of that compound. Himcules does not endorse, encourage, recommend, sell, or facilitate the purchase or use of any substance. The Service is a logbook for things you have already decided to do under your own responsibility.
• You are solely responsible for the legality of anything you acquire, possess, or self-administer, under the laws of your country, state, and locality. Laws governing these substances vary and change; it is your obligation to know and follow them.
• You are solely responsible for the safety of anything you self-administer. Substances not approved for human use have not been evaluated for safety, efficacy, purity, or correct dosing in humans. Using them carries serious and potentially unknown health risks, including severe injury or death.
• Injectable compounds of any kind carry serious risks. Use them only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider, and report adverse effects to a healthcare provider immediately.

6. Calculations and unit conversions

The app can perform arithmetic on values you enter — for example, converting a vial size, diluent volume, and dose into an estimated syringe draw or unit marking ("Calculations").

You understand and agree that:

• Calculations are unit conversions of your own inputs. They do not select a dose, and their output is only as correct as the numbers you entered.
• You must independently verify every conversion and every syringe draw with your pharmacist or prescriber before each injection. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for any value you inject.
• By using a Calculation, you confirm that you have checked each displayed value before acting on it. Software can contain errors, devices can display values incorrectly, and entered data can be wrong. A displayed number is never a substitute for your own verification.
• Errors in dosing self-administered medication can cause serious injury or death. If a calculated value ever looks wrong, do not inject — confirm with a qualified professional first.

7. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Following your healthcare provider's prescribed treatment plan.
• Ensuring the accuracy of any information you enter into the app, including every compound, dose, schedule, vial, and reconstitution value.
• Reviewing and correcting any Preset before relying on it, and verifying every Calculation as described in Section 6.
• Making your own healthcare decisions in consultation with qualified professionals.
• Complying with all laws applicable to any substance you track, as described in Section 5.
• Using the app as a personal tracking tool, NOT as medical guidance.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty as to the accuracy of any Preset or Calculation.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANOTHER DUMB IDEA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS, OR ADVERSE EFFECTS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY PRESET, ANY CALCULATION, OR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION TRACKED IN THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANOTHER DUMB IDEA, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Another Dumb Idea, LLC and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Class action waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, and where reasonably possible by notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
